RPA: The Ultimate Battle 2 is a video game sequel to RPA: The Ultimate Battle. After Omega X's defeat by the RPA in the original video game, he plots his revenge and in order to do it, he will need the help of some of the RPA's deadliest enemies. It involves the RPA having to defeat more bosses, more worlds, chapters and levels. It was confirmed by Agent Unknown on September 24, 2014 and the release date (May 1, 2015) was confirmed on February 6, 2015. The game was delayed due to development to the game starting two months before it's release and it would take a lot of time to get it to work on 6 consoles in just 2 months.
On March 4th, 2016, Unknown's Company confirmed that a 10 minute video presentation would go live on their YouTube Channel on March 5th, 2016 at 8AM Pacific Time which will talk more about the game as well as when DLC for the first game will be officially complete.
In the presentation, it was confirmed that the game would be released for Wii U & Nintendo 3DS in October 2016 while the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions would be released in November 2016. A new trailer was shown too making this the first time that any footage of the game has been shown. The Wii U and 3DS versions of the game were released on October 14, 2016 and the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of the game were released on November 25, 2016. On December 24, 2016, Unknown's Company confirmed that the game would be released on the Nintendo Switch sometime in Spring 2017.
