Chapter 1 - Return to Basics

Prologue

Omega X returns to Penguin City two years after the incident (explained in a further game), and he is greeted there by the Mayor, Fluttergon. He's explained that Agent Unknown escaped from Birdie Prison and is causing disasters amongst Penguin City. Omega X asks if a girl, Breeze Willowheart, is fine, to which the Mayor replies that she's in fact OK and that she'll get him Breeze's phone number. The mayor then says that Omega X is the only one capable of stopping the disasters and saving Penguin City. She then gets on her limo, which got its tires robbed.

After that, the player starts to control Omega X in Free Roam. Move Omega X to the car infront of him (move Omega X with the Left Control Joystick) and get inside the car (press X near a vehicle to get inside). On a car, hold A to accelerate and B to brake. If you press A+B while turning, you'll activate the E-Brake. If you press Y you can use the Boost Gauge.

Anyway, once you're in the car, follow the green dots to where they take you (the Police Department HQ). You'll meet Agent Joystick there, a rookie who was a SPA Agent 2 years ago. Joystick explains that when Omega X disappeared, they were both demoted to Police Officers and that (even if it's unknown if Omega X did too) he had to go through all the formation, which he had just finished. After that, enter the Police Department HQ. You'll meet the chief there. However, he won't notice you as he's talking to the Mayor about the agent she brought from overseas (which is you). When the call is cut he notices you and gets real angry. A cutscene then starts.

He scolds you and tells you to go to the basement and get an uniform, which is when Joystick comes in and asks if Omega X and the Chief are "old friends". The Chief leaves it at that, and after asking Joystick if he delivered the supplies the Chief asked for earlier (which were actually lots of boxes filled with chocolate donuts), with Joystick nodding, he says that there'll be a briefing in 10 minutes.

When the cutscene ends, follow Joystick to an elevator. You'll be guided to the basement that way. Follow him to where he says (which is like a guided tour through the whole Operations Room) and you'll eventually get to the Gym. There're some boxes there. Break them all (use Y to attack) and then rebuild them (hold A when near to some material to start building). When it's done, it'll be a closet. Open it and you'll get your Police Uniform! With it, you can handcuff enemies, use Police Terminals, and more.

Well, go up to the Operations Room and go to a seemingly locked door. There'll be a Police Terminal there. Use it, and it'll ask you to input a password, which is "14-5-9-21-2" (use the Touch Screen to input numbers or letters). Once you input it, the Warehouse & Evidence Locker Room will be open. Joystick will call the manager to come, to which she (we're now revealing the manager is a she) replies that she'll arrive shortly. A cutscene then starts.

A few minutes later (which is like five seconds to you), the manager arrives and calls Joystick, to which he replies that he didn't know she was there, but she claims that they just talked and introduces herself as Nugget Feathersoar. Joystick introduces Omega X to Nugget as "the guy he told her about". Omega X makes a seemingly-careless-but-acting-cool type of self-introduction. Nugget says she's the girl in charge of the warehouse and the Evidence Locker. Before Omega X can say anything, Joystick tells Nugget that Omega X has just joined the Department and needs equipment. She will then give Omega X his old Supreme Phone, saying she knew Omega X was a SPA Agent two years ago and that he'd need his old equipment to fully fight crime.

The cutscene then ends. Omega X thanks Nugget for the detail, but she says he'll have to connect the phone to the Police Mainframe. He then goes back up with Joystick behind him, and connects the Phone to the Mainframe. However, a game wouldn't be a game without the famous loading scenes, wouldn't it? Which comes in now. A "Loading..." screen will appear on the phone, but you'll still be able to play.

A random officer then comes and says that someone needs to wake up the chief. Everyone rejects, even Joystick. So that leaves Omega X as the only one available to do it. So, you leave the Phone on a table next to the Mainframe waiting for it to fully connect, and Joystick will lead you to the Chief's Office which is actually upstairs. After you two arrive, Joystick will realize he's lost the key to the Office.

The Department's upper and middle floors' officers then enter in a panic state, attacking each other for the key and sometimes, even you. A Police Badge Icon will appear on the floor. Stand on it and press A. You'll enter Detective Mode, in which you use your magnifying glass to find footsteps which lead you to your destination. Once you reach the shelf, press A on it and you'll find the key, stopping the panic.

Then go to the Chief's Office's door and use the key. Enter and you'll see the magnificence of the Police Departments' chiefs... AKA taking a nap during worktime. Yup, the chief's taking a nap. You'll have to wake him up somehow if you want the meeting to occur. But not even your famous shouts can do anything. So break the closet next to the table (which is seen to hold donuts) and rebuild it as a DVD player. Put it at full volume and done! Chief awakened. To excuse himself for the napping, he'll say he was just "meditating". When he sees you, he orders you to go to the Meeting Room in one minute.

A clock then appears on the top right of the screen. But you won't be able to get there on time from where you are! So, before the clock starts ticking, a B Button icon will appear. Press it to do a Parkour Move while breaking the Chief's Office's inside glass in somewhat of a secuence as you pick up your phone, now fully connected. Now, the clock starts ticking! As you move through the main floor and the second basement, several B Button icons appear. Press them while they're green and not only will you be able to save up some time, but you'll witness several spectacular Parkour Moves!

So, when the course ends, you'll be right at the Meeting Room along with most of the police officers. The chief will then come and tell you all that the Mayor has ordered the police to look for a penguin called Agent Unknown. You know him. It's your friend, the one you sent to prison two years ago. Nice way to show friendship. Anyway, as the chief starts to tell the agents a plan to capture Unknown, the janitor shows up with a vacuum, making noise with it as he cleans up the room and the chief explains the plan. When the janitor ends cleaning, the chief then asks if the plan's understandable. Everyone nods. He then says he's set up cameras along every important place in the city, such as the mansions, turistic attractions and the banks. As he displays the live recording of the bank camera, RPA Cadets are seen robbing there! Everyone is then told to go to the bank now. As you get up, a cutscene then starts.

You will notice a police officer looking just like your childhood friend, Blacksaber, and you will start having flashbacks. One of those is from when you were children, and it shows two babies playing. As it ends, another one starts, this time showing two school students studying on the same class. It ends again and the final flashback starts, this time showing those same two school students saying goodbye as one of them leaves in a car and the other one falls to the floor. We then return to the present time as Nugget (now in the Meeting Room with you) asks if you're OK. You snap out of the flashbacks and nod. You then thank her for waking you up as you rush out of the Police Department HQ. The cutscene then ends. MISSION START!

Mission - Free Roam Sub-Mission

You find yourself outside the Police Department HQ, with your good old trustworthy Ford GT parked infront of you. You then get a call from Nugget. You have to pick it up (tap the Phone Icon on the lower left part of the Touch Screen to pick up calls, read messages or see anything on the phone). She says she's going to unlock the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your phone. You thank her for it and you cut the call. Congratulations! You've now unlocked the GPS. Slide the stylus through the Touch Screen to navigate through it, tap once on a part of the GPS to get info on it and tap twice to make a pop-up, called the Way Pop-Up appear. The pop-up will allow you to choose which way to take: the Official Way, which goes through the normal roads without danger, or the Fastest Way, which goes through all the shortcuts that give you an advantage. Once one of the two ways is chosen, the GPS will create a green dots line that will take you to that spot (the green dot line is visible on both screens).

Anyway, the bank is pretty far away and the officers are still halfway, so slide the stylus to the Bank and double-tap to make the Route Pop-Up appear, and choose the Fastest Way (it's the only Way available at the time anyway). Then get onto the car. Drive to the Bank and try to enjoy the ride. There's no hurry, so take your time to look at the parts of the city that you can currently see. Anyway, on with the job. Once you get there, the RPA Cadets will already be loading the money into their trucks. Let's get this show on the road. Use the Boost Gauge and ram wildly against the armored trucks. If you do it 3 seconds after they're started up it'll be one shock of a fireworks. Both your car and the armored trucks will explode at the same time. It's just a good way to do it, but you can do it as you want. Anyway, once the armored trucks are gone, run on foot after them. The first one is shaking on the floor, thinking you're going to hurt him, but just get near him and cuff him (press A near a fallen enemy to cuff it). The other two, however, have escaped. So grab a new car (if you did the 3 Sec Method) or get inside your current one and pick up the call you will receive from Nugget. She will ask if you caught the criminals. You'll tell her you just got one. She'll then tap on her computer and then send you the coordinates to the last place the RPA Cadet was rumored to be seen.

Slide the stylus to the coordinates and double-tap it, then choose the Official Way (the only selectable one at the time). Once you're there, nothing. You'll then have the great idea of using one of your phone's functions, the Camera. Congratulations! You've now unlocked the Camera. Tap the Phone Icon and select the Camera to use it. Once it's on, you will see the Cadet hidden in some bushes nearby. Run after him! He will place some obstacles in your path, however. But no problem! When the B Button Icon appears, press it and you'll do some spectacular Parkour Moves to dodge them. The Cadet will then run into open street, and into a crowd. DANG! Get near the gutter nearby and press the B Button to start climbing on it, and move the Circle Pad up to climb upwards. Once the gutter ends, jump from the gutter to a cliff nearby. Then move with the Circle Pad to the left to keep moving on it. Once you reach the end of the cliff, you'll see the Cadet leaving the crowd calmly. It's your chance! Press the buttons as they become green (if you fail even once you'll become a pancake) and done! Second Cadet caught. He says he'll never talk and you bribe him with a shorter stay on jail. He tells you everything. Where his partner is, how you can get there and all. You call some agents to tell them the recommended time the Cadet should stay in jail and you leave him there. Then, Nugget calls you, asking you if you caught the second one. That girl's got a great timing! You say yes and she asks you if you know the third one's location. You say yes again and she cuts the call.

Now, slide the stylus to the Docks and double-tap it, then choose any of the ways. Now drive there. You'll find a super GIANT ship in the place the third Cadet was supposed to be. You then realize the Cadet is INSIDE the ship. This is bad. If the ship departs you'll miss all chances of capturing him. You then see a construction worker complaining. You ask him for a ride in the Magnet Crane and he says that you'll get it once you help him with his problem. A bird stole his sandwich! So get near the bird and get the sandwich back quietly. Then run back to the construction worker. He takes the sandwich back, eats it, thanks you and whistles to the Magnet Crane Operator. He then gives you a lift to the ship. This is great, now you can catch the Cadet! Jump through all the containers until you get to the one with the Cadet.

Boss Battle - RPA Cadet

You will then chase him to the outside of the ship, from which he'll swim to the docks. You'll have to swim too. It's easy, just jump to the water to start swimming, and then move with the Circle Pad. Anyway, chase after the Cadet, but he'll be impossible to catch until he enters an Abandoned Building. He then starts begging for mercy as you get closer to him. At one point, he even starts to cry. Decision Time.

Hero Decision (1)

You'll decide to just cuff him and get him to the Police Department HQ for questioning. He answers all the questions while being calm and friendly, and thanks you for sparing his life. You're then congratulated and promoted for an excellent job.

Neutral Decision (2)

You'll decide to let him go without doing anything. He'll thank you for it and leave. You'll then walk calmly to the Police Department HQ, saying he escaped.

Villain Decision (3)

You'll decide to take your gun out and start shooting at him as the camera moves away and the Cadet begs for mercy and cries. Ten shots are then heard. A "2 hours later" sign appears and the place is full of police officers and paramedics, and some paramedics are seen taking away a body in a stretcher, the nearly ripped apart Toque suggesting it may be the Cadet. Then, the camera moves to the Police Department HQ, where you're being questioned by the Police Chief about your "actions". You'll say you don't know how it happened, but that you're sorry. He then lets you go with a warning: if something like this happens again, you're fired for good. As no one sees you, your eyes become red for a sec, but they become light green again as you blink.

Chapter 2 - The Conspiration

Prologue

If you chose Hero in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, thinking about your promotion and the lots of cool missions you'll now get. You then get a message from Nugget. Tap the Phone Icon and then the Messages Option. She says the chief would like to see all officers in the HQ when they can. But it's not necessary now. So you can enjoy yourself now! For example, you can use everything in your Penthouse (watch TV, play video games, etc.), go to the Garage and drive one of your cars, walk around the city to do stuff and more. When you're ready to start the Chapter, go to the Police Department HQ. Once there, you'll be guided to the Meeting Room. A cutscene then starts.

The Chief and some Officers are there, and you sit next to the one you thought was Blacksaber. He looks at you and tells you to meet up with him at his house (he gives you the direction in a paper), but then the Chief starts talking. He says that after what happened yesterday, the Police now knows the location of the ones that guided the Cadets in their mission. They're located in a skyscraper rooftop. Everyone (except "Blacksaber" and you) gets scared, and you're eventually requested to do it. But first, the meeting.

Grab your car and drive to the Beach, now unlocked, and park near the direction you're given. Then enter the house. The one that requested you to meet up with him is there, reading. He welcomes you and tells you that your suspicions are correct. He IS Blacksaber, your childhood friend. You ask him about the reason of the secretism, and he says there was no secretism, but that when he tried to tell you it was him, there was always an interruption. He then tells you that he wants to be your partner in this adventure. You then gladly accept, and you decide to drive both of you to a parking lot near the skyscraper. So slide the Stylus to the Skyscraper and double-tap it, then choose any of the ways. When you arrive, you'll have to scan the Rooftop, because those guys might've left. So tap the Phone Icon on the Touch Screen, then the Camera Icon. Aim it to the roof, and bingo! Those guys are still there and, ho ho ho, look who's up with them! Agent Bon Chaos! So you prepare an unnecesarily complicated plot to get up there, and Blacksaber gives you a Grapple Gun. Congratulations! You've now unlocked the Grapple Gun. When you're standing on a hook icon, press A to shoot the Grapple Gun to either climb up to a tall place or pull items near to you. So, now that all is set, go to the entrance of the building they're in. Look for a spot to use the Grapple Gun and press A. All done! Your Grapple Gun is now going to hit the sign right above the entrance... except for the part where it misses and you directly end up on the Rooftop. MISSION START!

If you chose Neutral in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, thinking about why did you let that criminal escape. You then get a message from Nugget. Tap the Phone Icon and then the Messages Option. He then tells you that he wants to be your partner in this adventure but that he'll keep an eye on you for you to increase your activity as a good officer. You then doubtfully accept, and you decide to drive both of you to a parking lot near the skyscraper. You're in your Penthouse, thinking about how you killed that Cadet mercilessly and asking yourself if you've really got a Dark Side. You then get a message from Nugget. Mission - Parkour Level

Meanwhile, a RPA Cadet that's with Agent Bon Chaos on the Rooftop notices him about your arrival. Gotta move fast! A Parkour Level then starts. Move right towards the big window and press B to walk on it for a few seconds. After that, you'll find a Cadet running around like a headless chicken. He will then slam against a wall and faint. Cuff him. Then use the ladder on the wall to keep climbing up. A Cadet will then run, but since he isn't looking where he's running, he trips up and falls. Quick, cuff him before he gets up! Otherwise you'll have to fight him, even if he's KOed with just a punch. After he's cuffed, go get the last cadet before your stand-in with Agent Bon Chaos. That rat is a sneaky one... until you discover where he's hiding. Cuff him while he's surprised. Now, it's you and Agent Bon Chaos.

Boss Battle - Agent Bon Chaos

He's behind you! Press B when the B Button Icon is green to dodge his attack. After that, chase him! He'll force you to climb and move fast throughout the dangerous walls, cliffs and edges of these Rooftops, until you reach a bridge that connects two skyscrapers. Just as he crosses it, he blows it up! You're forced to go back to the end of the bridge you started from. Suddenly, a news helicopter appears! Use your Grapple Gun and swing to the other skyscraper. He'll then activate a scaffolding he's standing on to go to an even taller altitude. Use your Grapple Gun on the scaffolding to pull it down, then step on it and turn it on. Just as you arrive, Agent Bon Chaos already built a catapult to reach another skyscraper! He'll step on it and be catapulted to a skyscraper at the other side of the city. Step on it too and enjoy the ride! To unlock a secret command which'll allow you to insert two catapults anywhere you want, tap the Phone Icon and then the Camera Icon while you're flying and make a pic of Omega X flying when the game goes in Slow Motion Mode. Once that is done, you'll find yourself near a ramp-shaped portion of the skyscraper. Anyway, as you approach it, press B repeatedly to scale through the ramp without falling, and stop to rest at any of the stable parts. Once that part is done, you can either scale the comm tower's ladder to keep on or go down the opposite side of the ramp to unlock a secret accessory for Omega X, called the "Headset". If you've unlocked the Headset and returned to the comm tower, climb up the ladder and you'll find Agent Bon Chaos there, without exit. He could jump off, but he's not doing such a thing. As you step closer to him, the comm tower shakes and you two fall off it... from the bad side. Decision Time.

Hero Decision (1)

You grab Agent Bon Chaos' flipper and shoot the Grapple Gun to the closest building, and you succeed. However, you two end up crashing in a warehouse nearby, where the RPA Cadet that you cuffed at the start of the Mission hid. You will wonder how he escaped, but then notice a moving red dot on Agent Bon Chaos' head. A sniper! You'll then push ABC to the floor, and the bullet will instead hit the cadet (it isn't seen by the player to prevent PEGI rating from increasing to +18). You'll then take out your gun and shoot at the sniper but only fail, as Agent Bon Chaos runs away. An army of officers raids the warehouse and they spot you with your gun in your hands and a dead body behind you (again, not seen). Enough evidence to prove it was a murder case with you as the main suspect. You're then carried to the Police Department HQ, where you're questioned about the murder. The Chief, however, won't believe your story and he'll kick you out of the Penguin City Police Department. As you come out of the PCPD HQ, Blacksaber will pat your right shoulder with his saber hand (the right hand) and tell you that he knows the truth. You two then promise to catch the one who did it, no matter what. Right then, the camera moves to the Chief's Office, where he says that he's finally got rid of you and that nothing will foil his master plan. A secretary then comes in and asks him if he wants a coffee, and he nods and takes the coffee gladly. He then reveals himself as Chapa while saying that you will be history. WARNING: THIS CHANGES ALL THE FOLLOWING VILLAIN DECISIONS IN THE GAME.

Neutral Decision (2)

You give Agent Bon Chaos a rope for him to save himself and shoot the Grapple Gun to the closest building, and you succeed, and you get to see that so does Agent Bon Chaos. However, you end up crashing in a warehouse nearby, where the RPA Cadet that you cuffed at the start of the Mission hid. You look at him with a curious face until you notice a moving red dot raising from your leg to your head. A sniper! You'll then dodge the bullet, and it'll hit the Cadet. An army of officers raids the warehouse and find a dead body (not shown) behind you. You then ask him about his reason to care for the murder, and he says that it's because you care. You'll then laugh a lot, and then ask him about why should you care. He makes a horrified face as you leave.

Villain Decision (3)

You shoot Agent Bon Chaos in the head (the death isn't shown) and shoot the Grapple Gun to the closest building, and you succeed, and you get to see Agent Bon Chaos falling to the floor wildly. However, you end up crashing in a warehouse nearby, where the RPA Cadet that you cuffed at the start of the Mission hid. You then take out your gun and start to aim at him until you notice a moving red dot raising from your leg to your head. A sniper! You'll then dodge the bullet, and it'll hit the Cadet. However, it'll only hit his chest, where he was hiding a Bullet Protection Vest. You then shoot at him in the head and he'll die (scene not shown). An army of officers raids the warehouse and they spot you with your gun in your hands and a dead body behind you (again, not seen). Enough evidence to prove it was a murder case with you as the main suspect. You're then carried to the Police Department HQ, where you're questioned about the murder. You then tell them that it was indeed you who killed both Agent Bon Chaos and the Cadet. The Chief will then kick you out of the Penguin City Police Department. As you come out of the PCPD HQ, Blacksaber will look at you with a mad face, saying that he trusted you but that you failed him. With no time to waste, you shoot at him on the head (not shown) and leave. WARNING: THIS CHANGES ALL THE FOLLOWING HERO DECISIONS IN THE GAME.

Chapter 3 - Get This Show On The Road... And Highway

Prologue

If you chose Hero in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, again. You think about your promise with Blacksaber to catch the one who shot the Cadet. You then receive a call from Blacksaber. Tap the Phone Icon on the Touch Screen to take the call, and he'll say he thinks he has a clue and will tell you to meet up with him near The Tower. Once he cuts the call, you can either free roam around Penguin City or directly drive up to The Tower, which is on the top of Penguin City's tallest hill. A cutscene then starts.

Blacksaber points to a highway clearly visible from that hill and asks you if you see it, and you nod. He then says that his sources say that the criminal from the warehouse is trying to escape using the highway. You then tell him to get inside your car's copilot seat as you take the driver seat. You both close the car's doors and you drive away from The Tower. The cutscene then ends.

You're now driving your car on the road, and Blacksaber tells you that you need to get to the Highway before the criminal escapes. A clock will then appear on the upper right part of the screen. You need to drive fast and use shortcuts! So slide the Stylus on the Touch Screen until you reach the Highway, and then double-tap it and choose the Fastest Way to get there with a score bonus. Once you get there, you'll accelerate a bit to avoid losing sight of the criminal. MISSION START!

If you chose Neutral in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, again. You think about what happened yesterday and how you rejected Blacksaber's offer. You then receive a call from an anonymous person. Tap the Phone Icon on the Touch Screen to take the call, and the mysterious person will say that he has a clue and will tell you to meet up with him near The Tower. Once he cuts the call, you can either free roam around Penguin City or directly drive up to The Tower, which is on the top of Penguin City's tallest hill. A cutscene then starts.

You meet up with the mysterious person, who points to a highway clearly visible from that hill and asks you if you see it, and you nod. He then says that his sources say that the criminal from the warehouse is trying to escape using the highway. You ask about why should you care, and he opens a suitcase and shows you the content: a million of coins. He says that if you manage to catch the criminal, he'll give you the suitcase and its content. You then get inside your car's driver seat, close the car's door and drive away from The Tower. The cutscene then ends.

You're now driving your car on the road, and you tell yourself that you need to get to the Highway before the criminal escapes.

If you chose Villain in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, again. You laugh in an evil way as you think about what happened yesterday and how you got a 3x1 offer on yesterday's mission, where you killed Agent Bon Chaos, the Cadet and your former best friend Blacksaber.

You ask about why should you care, and he opens a suitcase and shows you the content: a million of coins. He says that if you manage to catch the criminal, he'll give you the suitcase and its content. You then inmediately shoot the mysterious person in the face (death isn't shown due to the mysterious person's hood covering it) and steal the money and the suitcase. You then think about how fun would it be to kill the Cadet and decide to do it anyway. You then get inside your car's driver seat, close the car's door and drive away from The Tower. The cutscene then ends.

You're now driving your car on the road, and you tell yourself that you need to get to the Highway before the criminal escapes.

Mission - Racing Level 1

Your target is the criminal's car, which takes a shortcut to get to their destination faster. You, however, move beside the shortcut and miss it. Time for a little race. A Racing Level will start, and you'll only have 10 minutes to get to the other side of the shortcut before the criminal does. Before it starts, you'll have to choose if you want to go on foot or use the car. If you go on foot, you can use the grind rails on both sides of the Highway to gain a speed boost and recharge your Boost Gauge. If you use the car, you can get behind the other cars to charge up a sudden speed boost and recharge your Boost Gauge. Anyway, once the level starts, you'll get a sudden speed boost as an advantage. But before this boost ends, go to the right side of the Highway and jump on the grind rail there (On Foot) or get behind the yellow sports car (Car) to get a sudden speed boost. With this boost, you can then jump off a part where the grind rail is broken to get to a platform and save yourself some time. From this platform, jump to a nearby rooftop with the Boost Gauge using the ramp, and then keep using the Boost Gauge to jump from rooftop to rooftop. Once that's done and you've reached the final rooftop, go to the Blue Ramp while still using the Boost Gauge to perform a great leap with a trick and land on the Highway again. This shortcut is hard to perform but it saves you 8 minutes of running, and you can do it with both types. Anyway, once the level ends, you'll see the criminal's car exiting the shortcut from the start of the level. Now's your chance! Use the Boost Gauge and CRASH into that car! Once that's done, the car will explode and the driver will be revealed: Agent L! He'll be in a bad shape, but he'll manage to rob a car and escape.

Boss Battle - Agent L

You'll have to play this Boss Battle the same way you played the Racing Level from before (either On Foot or Car). Agent L's robbed a car to escape, but it's nothing compared to your speed. Anyway, it's kind of easy to defeat this boss. Just ram against the car using the Boost Gauge. Agent L will throw obstacles at you, but just dodge them and ram repeatedly. Once the boss is defeated, the car will explode and Agent L will be in even worse shape than before. He needs to be taken to a Hospital. Decision Time.

Hero Decision (1)

You grab Agent L in your arms and take him to the nearest city, called Future City. There, you take him to a Holospital (that's how Future City's Hospitals are called) and he's inmediately healed. Agent L thanks you for your help and tells you that he'll try to make it up for your lost time. When you ask him about the Cadet, he says he did it because of a mind-controlling device implanted on him by someone else. You make a sceptic face until he really shows you the mind-controlling device, which is a specific device which can only work if it's inserted into the neck. You ask him about who did it. He says he doesn't know who did it but also that he knows that whoever did it hates the RPA a lot. You thank him for the info and leave the Holospital. After that, the camera then goes back to your Penthouse, where you lay down in your bed to sleep. The camera then moves to the RPA HQ, where Agent Unknown is shown thinking about your recent actions. As he says he'll take "drastic measures" to prevent you from ruining his master plan and laughs in an evil way, the camera moves to his neck, where a mind-controlling device is inserted but not activated. WARNING: THIS WILL MAKE AN ARMY OF PAPARAZZIS CHASE AND SOMETIMES EVEN ATTACK YOU EVERY TIME YOU'RE IN FREE ROAM.

Neutral Decision (2)

You get in a position from which you're facing the nearest city, called Future City, and kick Agent L with enough strength to make him reach the Holospital there. You use some binoculars and see that he's reached it... in a wild way, although you also see that he survives. You then go back to Penguin City and meet up with the mysterious person, who gives you the suitcase and money. He tells you that he'll be contacting you soon again for a new job. You then go to your Tower and take the elevator to your Penthouse, and then lay down on your bed to sleep. The camera then moves to the RPA HQ, where Agent Unknown is shown thinking about your recent actions. As he says he'll try to get you distracted from his master plan and laughs in an evil way, the camera moves to his neck, where a mind-controlling device is inserted but not activated.

Villain Decision (3)

You set up a lot of cylinders on the explosion site and on the Highway as you go back to Penguin City. Once you're on your Penthouse looking through the window, you press a mysterious button and contemplate as the whole Highway explodes with an EPIC explosion. Lots of cars in there explode and Agent L dies in the explosion (death not shown, although explosion is seen). You laugh in an evil way as lots of police cars and ambulances rush to the scene hoping to find any survivors and the music changes to a terrorific one. You then lay down on your bed to sleep. The camera then moves to the RPA HQ, where Agent Unknown is shown worried, thinking about your recent actions and the murders of some of his top Agents, like Bon Chaos and L. As he says you're a grave threat for him and that he'll have to take you down for good before proceeding with his master plan, the camera moves to his neck, where a mind-controlling device is inserted but not activated. WARNING: THIS WILL MAKE AN ARMY OF POLICE OFFICERS CHASE AND ATTACK YOU EVERY TIME YOU'RE IN FREE ROAM.

Chapter 4 - In Your Dreams

(WARNING: THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS SECTION!)

Prologue

If you chose Hero in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, once again, sleeping. The camera moves to the inside of your dream, which shows the whole city burning because of a specific RPA Agent's plot to kill you. You then wake up because of a call from the Mayor, who says that there's a press conference soon. Just like in your dream! She tells you that she also remembered she has to give you Breeze Willowheart's phone, but that she can only do it if you go. You HAVE to head there. But you can also free roam. Do what you want, but when you're finished, slide the Stylus on the Touch Screen to the Police Department HQ and double-tap it to choose any of the ways. Drive there and a cutscene then starts.

You will park right infront of the Police Department HQ, where the Mayor Fluttergon, your Best Friend Forever Blacksaber and PCPD Chief Chapa are waiting for you. They will all congratulate you for proving your innocence by catching the one who killed the Cadet and you show them the mind-controlling device, which not only proves Agent L's innocence as well, but also makes them congratulate you again. Yup, being a hero sure feels good! Chapa will then offer you a place in the PCPD with a double promotion, explaining that the first one is the one you got when you caught the Cadet on the Bank Robbery and the second one is a new one for catching Agent L. You can choose to either become a police officer again or not, although there's not much gaming difference. Anyway, after the selection, the Mayor and you will be called to the stage, and Fluttergon will drag you up. She will then give a speech which lasts a few minutes that seem hours to you, and then say that she wants everyone to clap for you. You will then blush and say it was nothing, but she will say that no one else could've done what you did. Everyone then claps at you, and the Mayor's about to give you a merit medal... until someone shoots her, but you react quickly and the bullet hits the medal instead. Everyone then enters a panic state when the whole Stage starts to burn. The cutscene then ends.

Grab the Mayor (when someone's in danger, press A to grab them) and get her out of the Stage. Then put the fire off by grabbing the fire extinguisher near the stairs (press A to grab an item) and using it (press A again to use an item when grabbing it). Success! Situation solved! You'll then spot a helicopter chasing someone with a sniper-class rifle on the rooftops nearby. Get near a sunshade on one of the buildings on which rooftop the sniper is running and press A on the police badge icon to use the Grappling Hook. Then press B on the several parkour obstacles until you catch the sniper. If you can't catch the sniper soon, remember that he/she follows a looped path on the rooftops, and besides, he/she gets tired as minutes pass so you'll catch him/her anytime. When you do, the sniper's identity will be revealed: Agent Brohoof! A cutscene then starts.

When you ask her about her reasons to kill the Mayor, she'll say that she actually intended to kill you, but that she didn't have a steady hand when aiming and her shot directed towards the Mayor. You then ask her about why she wanted to kill you, but she breaks free from your tight grasp and runs, saying that if you want to know all the answers you'll have to go to the Hedgehog Canyon. The cutscene then ends.

Great. The Hedgehog Canyon. A place you certainly DON'T want to visit again. Anyway, you need an extra-fast vehicle to get there. Don't ask why, but you do. What were Jet-Packs made for? Go to the Police Department HQ and ask for a Jet-Pack. A cutscene then starts.

The man in charge of the Warehouse will tell you that there're no Police Jet-Packs left. However, Nugget Feathersoar will come and give you a special SPA Jet-Pack. You thank her as you fly off, crash into the ceiling and then decide to exit on foot. The cutscene then ends.

Congratulations! You've now unlocked the Jet-Pack. Double jump by pressing B twice and then hold it to hover with the Jet-Pack, or tap the Jet-Pack Icon on the Touch Screen to fly (this option is only available in Free Roam). Anyway, tap the Jet-Pack Icon on the Touch Screen to fly, and head to the Hedgehog Canyon. The real fight between you and her is about to begin.

If you chose Neutral in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, once again, sleeping. The camera moves to the inside of your dream, which shows the whole city burning because of a specific RPA Agent's plot to kill you. You then wake up because of a call from the Mayor, who says that there's a press conference soon. Just like in your dream! You say you're not going to go, but she tells you that she'll give you Breeze Willowheart's phone number if you go. You HAVE to head there. But you can also free roam.

If you chose Villain in the former Chapter...

You're in your Penthouse, once again, sleeping. The camera moves to the inside of your dream, which shows the whole city burning because of a specific RPA Agent's plot to kill you. You then wake up because of a call from another mysterious person, who says that there's a press conference soon. Just like in your dream! You tell him that you're NOT going but he tells you that he'll give you Breeze Willowheart's phone number. You HAVE to head there. But you can also free roam. Do what you want, but when you're finished, slide the Stylus on the Touch Screen to the hot dog shop near the Police Department HQ and double-tap it to choose any of the ways. Drive there and a cutscene then starts.

You will enter the hot dog shop, which is your favorite, and order your favorite: a special extra-big hot dog with extra ketchup and chocolate sauce, which you call the "Omega Hot Dog". The cook will then give one of those, saying he waited for you. The mysterious person from before will enter with a suitcase, saying that he'll pay you to kill the Mayor. You ask the guy about for how much, and he shows you a suitcase filled with 1.000.000 coins. Nuff' said. You then shoot at him in the heart (not shown, you just see the shadows), take the suitcase, check his pocket for a paper (content revealed later), grab that paper and exit the shop while eating the hot dog. The cutscene then ends.

You need a high place to get a clear shot. But from where could you shoot? A rooftop, duh. But from which rooftop? Maybe the Donut Shop one? Of course. Well then, move your lazy body to the Donut Shop to find... yourself in an ambush caused by the police. Real clever, player. Oh wait, it wasn't you who thought of this. Or were you? Anyway, beat them all up and then pile them up on a same spot (press A to grab them while close to them) near the wall, and then climb up (move to them to climb, same with stairs or some walls) to get to the roof. Then, move to the shotgun nearby and press A. A first-person aiming system will start, in which a random agent will be awarded by the Mayor herself for foiling the bank robbery from Chapter 1. Wait a sec, that's something YOU did! We can't allow someone else to take YOUR glory, now can we? There's a Decision Time now, although it doesn't affect the general gameplay. Shoot the agent to get revenge on him for taking your place? Or shoot the Mayor to get revenge on her for telling someone to take your place? The decision is yours. Anyway, once you decide, another shot will come in, killing the one you've decided not to shoot. You will turn and see a shade running away. Press B on the several parkour obstacles until you catch the sniper. If you can't catch the sniper soon, remember that he/she follows a looped path on the rooftops, and besides, he/she gets tired as minutes pass so you'll catch him/her anytime. When you do, the sniper's identity will be revealed: Agent Brohoof! A cutscene then starts.

As you hit her wildly, she tries to break free from you, which she eventually does. Then, she asks, in a worried tone, about what's gotten into you. You say it's power. You then remark that you're gonna get the ultimate power that the RPA could never get. Brohoof then looks at you with a weird face and you say it was worth a try. She then shoots her own Grapple Gun to a helicopter above her, who takes her away, and escapes. You then curse yourself for letting her get away. You then return to the Police Department HQ stealthly and steal a Jet-Pack from them. Then, you exit from the Police Department HQ the same way you entered.

Gameplay

In all of the versions, the player will mainly control Omega X in his Hedgehog Form.

Wii, 3DS

The gameplay will have a lot of Chapters and Missions, and each will be a mix of races, shooting, action and parkour (each Mission focuses on a specific type of genre, but you'll be able to use all the skills from all the types of levels), with a free roam mode between Missions. It will also have different unlockable characters, with more than 10 costumes for each character, and a secret mode. As an adding, it will also run on Real Time (meaning that if the console's clock is set to 10:00 PM for example, it'll be 10:00 PM in the game).

Racing

In the racing levels, Omega X will have 10 minutes to go from one point to other, with obstacles in the way, much like a Sonic the Hedgehog game. The player will be able to make Omega X go at super sonic speed and use a Boost Gauge to go even faster. Vehicles can also be used here.

Shooting

Omega X will be involved in a shooter level, with the player being able to choose between TPS and FPS before the level.

Action

In the action levels, Omega X will have to accomplish several objectives related to defeating Robber Penguin Agency agents, such as defeating a certain number of agents or surviving until time runs out. The player will be able to make Omega X use real judo, karate and tae kwon do moves.

Parkour

Parkour (also called Free Running) levels involve Omega X having to move through a certain level using the environment as a path and the body's own skills, trying to be as efficient as possible while performing secure techniques. These levels imply having to catch thieves by scaling buildings, get to a certain spot by travelling from the rooftops, etc. The player will be able to make Omega X do real Parkour moves.

Stealth

In this type of levels, Omega X will have to infiltrate a HQ or hide from enemies by using the shadows to his advantage. The player will be able to make Omega X use all kinds of spy gadgets to make the level easier.

Free Roam

The player will be able to do all the things from the five kinds of levels, but on Penguin City (and more cities as the player progresses through the game) and without time limits or Missions. There are several types of Sub-Missions, like investigating crimes, delivering packages, accomplishing Parkour achievements and many more. There're several locations the player can visit, such as the Supreme Penguin Agency HQ, the Robber Penguin Agency HQ, a comic shop, the subway, the Police Department, the Dojo, the Racing Stadium, the Kart Stadium, the Multisport Pavillion and more! In this mode, the player can go to the comic shop to buy new characters, locations to visit, or even new costumes! If the player goes to the Dojo, they can learn new moves for the Action levels. If they go to the Racing Stadium, they can increase Omega X's Speed and/or Boost Gauge. If they go to the Kart Stadium, they can upgrade Omega X's currently being used car and/or customize it. If they go to the Multisport Pavillion, they can get several laser guns and/or increase the precision of the shots. If they go to the Supreme Penguin Agency HQ, they can buy and/or upgrade their spy gadgets and stuff.

Penguin City

Penguin City is the main scenario of the game. It has a lot of skyscrapers which you can visit, and it is where the Supreme Penguin Agency HQ and the Robber Penguin Agency HQ are. It also has some comic shops, a subway, and a Police Department. It also includes the Omega Tower, where you can sleep (to save and/or quit the game), play mini-games, eat (to recover health), watch TV (to view the cutscenes from the game and/or trailers gained from several DLCs), manage your cars in the Garage (in case you want to buy a specific car you've used in the game), check your planes/aircrafts at the Hangar, dress up at the Wardrobe (to customize your Custom Character, available only through DLC) and even host parties at the Dance Stage (to make new friends in the game, which can be crucial for some missions)!

Future City

Future City is, as its name indicates, the city of the future, where future technology is being designed. It is the only location of the game where you can get flying vehicles and Laser Guns. It has a Racing Stadium, a Kart Stadium, a R&D Laboratory (where you get Laser Guns) and a Flaming Wishes Inc. HQ (where you get flying vehicles).

On-Line City

On-Line City, only available through a future DLC, is the perfect fusion between Penguin City and Future City, with some extras included.

Decisions System

The player will also be faced with a Decisions System. At the end of each chapter, three icons, each with Omega X's face, will appear, one with a white background (Hero, in this one Omega X has his usual happy light green eyes), one with a grey one (Neutral, in this one Omega X has sad grey tone eyes) and one with a black one (Villain, in this one Omega X has evil red tone eyes). Depending on the decisions the player makes, the game can end in several ways. It's known to be more than 10 different endings, with 3 significative ones; Supreme Hero, Careless Neutral and Traitor Villain, and a secret ending.

DS

In the DS Version, all levels are a combination of Parkour, Action, Shooting, Stealth and Racing. However, it's in 2D.

Free Roam

Omega X will be able to free roam, but only around the SPA HQ. Which is still big.

Modes

Alternate Story Mode - "Play as the other side of the coin, or what's the same, as the RPA, with this special Mode!" It costs 49.99€/$.

Enemy Raid Survival - "Hone your fighting skills by surviving this enemy raid!" If you buy this DLC and activate it, a tag saying "Enemy Raid Survival" will appear on the Main Menu. In this mode, the player (using the chosen character for Main Story Mode) will fight endless waves of enemies, each wave being programmed randomly with randomly chosen enemies. Completing each wave gives you 50 coins, and if you start completing more than 50 waves you'll get 100 coins for each completed wave, but if you start completing more than 100 waves you'll get 1000 coins for each completed wave! There're some Boss Waves, in which you'll fight bosses you've already fought in Main Story Mode. It costs 6.99€/$.

Omegaverse - "The Omegaverse Event turned into a videogame! You CAN'T miss it!" If you buy this DLC and activate it, a tag saying "Omegaverse" will appear on the Main Menu. In this mode, you'll play as many Omega Xs, who have to unite against a really powerful enemy that's trying to destroy them all. It costs 49,99€.

Scenarios

On-Line City - "The perfect fusion between all of the game's cities, with some extras included! You CAN'T miss it!" If you buy this DLC and activate it, a tag saying "On-Line City" will appear on the Main Menu. In this mode, you'll be in On-Line City, a place where you can meet other users via Nintendo Network, fight against them, become their friends, help them in missions (either by giving them hints or by directly intervening), and more! You can also create your own house by choosing the type (between mansion or tower, but be warned, once you choose it you can't change it!), selecting a place to build it, buying furniture, placing it, getting more space/floors, etc. Just when you want to know it, you'll have an extra cool mansion/tower! You can also buy vehicles and customize them as you wish. Also, there're plenty of weekly missions so players don't get bored! There're INFINITE possibilities in On-Line City! It's one of the only DLCs which is free. However, you need an Internet Connection to use it.
