The Extra-Planetary Federation (sometimes known incorrectly as the Extra-Planetary Force) is the Elite Penguin Force from the future. They first appeared in the Future Party. They were created in the year 3997. They face a handful number of threats. Including the Robber-Planetary Agency (however the Supreme Protection Administrators, or SPA, are the ones who mostly face the RPA), Ultimate Proto-Bot 10000, evil aliens from Upzar II or I (it is unknown at this time), and Larry 3000. They also have three logos.
