Penguin City's Abandoned Building is a building that is located in Penguin City, as it was abandoned in 2005. It was a residential building. However, the attic was an arcade (managed by all of the residents in the building) that used to have loads of games, such as Pac-Man, Super Mario Bros, and lots more. However, it was abandoned in 2005 as it got less popular and, as they had no one to supply money to them (by playing the games), they decided to go out of business and abandoned it. It was first featured in the PPP's Operation C.O.R.N. It was then featured in the RPA's Operation C.O.O.L and Operation Capture.
