Electric Man X or as his code-name in the RPA and PHD Agent Electric, was the director of the Robber Penguin Agency from June 6, 2015 to October 20, 2015 (along with Agent Unknown somehow. Electric was the successor of the Titanium Ninja. Agent Titanium evolved into Electric Man, now Titanium is the Electric Man. Electric Man was born when Titanium died in the Battle of the Accounts. The only agency Electric worked for was the Pookie Hater Defense. He hates pookies and is ranked #8 in the Club Penguin Police Department's most wanted list. Agent Electric has the same personality as Titanium, based on the fact he is. On October 20, 2015, Electric announced that due to aging, he was quitting the RPA and leaving Agent Unknown back in his role as director.
